EXCHANGE PERIOD

5-Day Exchange: Exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the delivery date. No refunds are issued.

Condition for Exchange: Products must be in new condition, not worn or washed, with original tags intact. Original receipt is required.

Discretionary Approval: All exchanges are subject to our discretion.

In-Store Exchanges Only: Exchanges for shipped items and pickup items must be done in-store and not through mail.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE PROCEDURE

5-Day Damage Policy: Customers must notify us within 5 days of receiving the product if it is damaged. Under our discretion, we will provide an exchange for the same product. No refunds are issued for damaged items.

Inspect the Package: Check for visible damage and photograph all four sides of the package if damage is visible.

Inspect the Product: Examine the product for visible damage and photograph any damage found.

Immediate Reporting via Chat Box: Report the damage immediately using the chat box on our website, Logo Express Uniforms. The chat box supports image uploads. Alternatively, call us at 1-504-503-0099.

Provide Required Documentation: Upload images of the damaged package and product through the chat box. Include a photo of the packing slip next to the damaged product.

In-Store Exchanges Only: Damaged merchandise exchanges are handled in-store and not through mail.

CUSTOM EMBROIDERED ITEMS

No Refunds or Exchanges: Custom embroidered items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless it is our fault.
