Welcome to Logo Express Uniforms! To ensure the security and accuracy of your orders, we have implemented an automated identification verification process. This process is designed to make your pickup experience smoother and quicker.
Why Identification Verification?
To protect your order and ensure that it reaches the correct recipient, we require all customers to verify their identity. This verification helps us to:
- Prevent fraudulent activities
- Ensure the accuracy of orders
- Provide a seamless and secure pickup experience
Automated Identification Verification
Our optional automated identification verification process is simple and convenient. Here’s how it works:
- Order Placement: Once you place your order, you may receive an email with a link to complete your ID verification. If you have a phone number on file, we will also send you an SMS text with the link.
- Verification Link: Click on the link provided in the email or SMS to upload your identification document. We currently accept only driver's licenses and state-issued ID cards through the automated system.
- Confirmation: After submitting your ID, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your verification was successful.
In-Store Pickup
After completing the online verification, please remember to bring your identification when you come to pick up your order. Our staff will need to verify your ID in person to release your items.
